It's that time of year again, and we are looking forward to being a blessing and serving others this Thanksgiving season. Last year, with the help of our loyal customers and tire wholesalers, we were able to donate roughly 50 food baskets to struggling families in our community. This year, we would like to be able to give even more. If you would like to be a part of this wonderful event, Discount Tire Outlet is accepting monetary donations, grocery gift cards, and canned goods at its location on 2034 Southway, in Massillon.
Christmas is also a special time of year for Discount Tire. We not only deliver food baskets at this time as well, but also have a special helper along for the ride. You guessed it!! Santa!!!! Santa and his elves accompany Discount Tire Outlet in their decorated company vehicle, and hand out not only food baskets, but toys for the children of those homes and surrounding kids in the neighborhood. For this event, we are not only accepting monetary donations, but newly wrapped toys as well. (for ages infant-12yrs old) We will also be having a paper angel tree hanging in our shop, and will be a "drop off location" for Toys for Tots. There is nothing more rewarding than giving back, and we hope that you will partner with us in making someone's holiday season a little brighter this year : )
Additional Information: Last year, we had some extra food baskets available. We can not make any guarantees, but if you know a family or persons who are in need of a little help this year, please feel free to send us their name, address, and phone number, and if we have any extra baskets left over, we will be sure to help them out.
